An associate in the Corporate Department, Makoto Nishigai is based in the firm's Tokyo office. He has experience in corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and securities matters.

Mr. Nishigai was a member of the Wisconsin Law Review and Wisconsin International Law Review.  He is a native speaker of Japanese.
