An associate in the Litigation Department, Mark S. Silver has worked on a variety of litigation matters, including complex securities and general commercial litigations, as well as regulatory investigations. In addition, he has represented pro bono clients in asylum and other immigration cases, as well as in civil litigations.
Mr. Silver was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and head notes editor of the
Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Silver worked as a social studies teacher for Burmese refugees in northern Thailand at a school run by the Open Society Institute, and as a program officer for the Pacific Pension Institute, an educational organization for institutional investors.
