An associate in the Corporate Department Matthew Goldstein is a member of the Private Funds Group. Mr. Goldstein focuses his practice on the formation and operation of a wide variety of private investment funds, including buyout funds, hedge funds, distressed funds, real estate funds and funds of funds. Mr. Goldstein 's experience with private investment funds extends to the development and negotiation of the organizational documents of such funds and the preparation of their offering materials.

In addition, Mr. Goldstein has negotiated the internal arrangements among partners of a number of investment management firms. He also has significant experience in investment management M&A transactions.
