An associate in the Real Estate Department, Micah McOwen has represented owners, tenants, developers, investors, lenders and other parties in all aspects of transactional real estate. Mr. McOwens’s experience includes acquisitions and dispositions, financings ranging from origination to workouts and foreclosures, leasing (including large office leases and sale-leaseback transactions), joint venture and other transactions involving office, mixed-use, hotel, condominium, development rights and other real property.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. McOwen worked as an environmental consultant inspecting and remediating contaminated properties.
