Roberts focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, financing, development and leasing of real estate assets. He has directly represented clients on a wide range of matters relating to commercial real property, including large metropolitan office buildings, multi-use developments, brand-name hotels and resorts, shopping centers and industrial properties. Mr. Roberts has also assisted clients in connection with the real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions and financings of privately held and publicly traded companies.
