An associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Intellectual Property Group, Mitchel R. Carbullido focuses his practice on intellectual property transactions and counseling, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy and Internet law. Mr. Carbullido has experience with mergers and acquisitions, securities and financing transactions and has advised on intellectual property matters such as licensing of trademarks, patents, copyrights and software, technology development agreements, trademark prosecution and registration, and maintenance and enforcement of intellectual property assets. Mr. Carbullido works with clients in the media, entertainment, communications and technology industries, among others.

Mr. Carbullido was a senior editor of the Boston College Law Review.
