An associate in the Corporate Department, Monika Kislowska is resident in the London office. Ms. Kislowska focuses her practice on international debt and equity capital markets transactions, including Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings, high yield bond issuances, initial public offerings and rights offerings, corporate finance transactions and securities regulation.

Most recently, Ms. Kislowska spent a year working as a research assistant with the Financial Markets Law Committee at the Bank of England, and while in law school, she served as an intern for the Honorable Timothy C. Stanceu, Judge of the United States Court of International Trade.
