An associate in the Securities and Capital Markets Group, Nitin Konchady is resident in our London office. Mr. Konchady focuses his practice on representing issuers in capital markets transactions (both equity and debt), with an emphasis on Rule144A/Regulation S offerings.

Mr. Konchady worked as an intern in the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (Division of Corporation Finance) in 2007.
