An associate in the litigation department, Norman Henry Pentelovitch practices in the areas of tort, FCPA and shareholder derivative matters, as well as other litigation matters. Mr. Pentelovitch's experience has included representing clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, energy, investments and pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Pentelovitch's pro bono experience includes representing clients in habeas corpus and asylum proceedings, and clients charged with violations of federal narcotics laws.
Mr. Pentelovitch was a senior editor of the
Georgetown Journal of International Law, and has published in the area of outreach by international criminal tribunals. While in law school, Mr. Pentelovitch worked in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, for a non-governmental organization, and represented a detained client in removal proceedings before an Immigration Court.
