you news and information about Paul, Weiss. You may opt out of

parties. We are not responsible for and have no control over the
pricing practices or policies of those sites. We encourage you to

IP Address and Site Usage
We may track IP addresses and site usage for system administration
purposes. IP addresses are logged per user's session and help to
determine how often areas on our site are visited and the path
taken to those areas. We do not combine IP addresses with any of
your personally identifiable information.
Opt Out
We may send you news about new developments. You may choose to opt
out of receiving such messages by sending an e-mail to mailbox@paulweiss.com from
the e-mail address at which you are receiving the messages and with
a request that your e-mail address be removed.
Correcting or Updating Personal
Information
If the personal information we have gathered from you changes, we
will gladly correct, update or remove any personal data you have

your corrected information.

Jimusho act in compliance with Japan's Personal Information
Protection Act (the "Act") and all other applicable laws and
regulations regarding the handling of personal information and
observes the following guidelines:
Collection of Personal Information
In the course of conducting our business, we acquire names,
addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, workplaces and
other necessary personal information of clients and other
individuals.
Purpose of Use of Personal Information
Except as otherwise permitted by the Act or other relevant laws
and regulations, we will use personal information we acquire for
only the following purposes:

- Sending notices regarding seminars and other events;

or delete personal information we hold regarding such individual,
or that we suspend or cease the use of that information, or if we
receive a request for information regarding the purposes for which
we use such information, we will respond to that request in
