Paul, Weiss Survey Featured in Article on Current M&A Landscape

Paul, Weiss's 2009 and 2010 M&A surveys are the sources for the M&A Journal article "Year Three: Lessons from the crisis." The article highlights the findings in both surveys, identifying new deal terms and some unexpected trends, noting that the dealmaking market appears to be slowly recovering. Corporate partner Ariel J. Deckelbaum, quoted extensively throughout the article, notes "It's a fair assessment to say that this study, which looks at the fall-out from the crisis, shows that our troubles are not over yet, by any means, but that activity is percolating to the surface after all this time," and "Now we see what lessons there are to be learned and how the marketplace has forever been changed."
