On May 18, Paul, Weiss will host a special seminar on Corporate Internal Investigations at The American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. The event will be led by litigation partner Walter Ricciardi. Walter, along with corporate partners Jeanette Chan and Jack Lange, will address the way in which companies should conduct internal investigations in order to manage their legal risks, and will discuss experiences and share views on best practices and issues under the law of the local jurisdiction. The program will also explore the current legal issues relating to corporate internal investigations, particularly in the international context.
