An associate in the Corporate Department, Xiang (Pearl) Yuan-Garg is a member of the Finance Group. She represents domestic and international clients in their borrowing and lending and other financing transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings. Ms. Yuan-Garg has broad transactional experience with a principal focus on complex financing transactions, representing leading private equity funds and multinational corporations in obtaining credit for leveraged buy-outs or strategic acquisitions.
