Peter Davies is a corporate associate in the firm's Hong Kong office, advising on private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures and strategic M&A in the region of Greater China.

He also advises clients in the technology, media and telecommunications sector on regulatory and transactional matters involving intellectual property, including licensing, joint ventures, strategic collaborations and alliances.

Mr. Davies holds a postgraduate diploma in law and a postgraduate diploma in legal practice, both from BPP Law School in London. He earned his B.A., with honors, from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. Mr. Davies is qualified in England & Wales. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
