A partner in the Real Estate Department, Peter E. Fisch regularly represents developers, entrepreneurial investors, institutional investors, lenders and other parties in all aspects of transactional real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, conventional and securitized financings, workouts, sale-leasebacks, management contracts, leasing and investment funds, involving a balance of office, retail, hotel, multifamily and industrial properties and development rights and commercial condominium regimes.

Mr. Fisch has represented a wide variety of clients, most recently including S.L. Green Realty Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Realty Corp., The Lightstone Group, Capmark Finance (and its predecessor GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation), Las Vegas Sands Corp., U.S. Department of Energy, Lincoln Center Theater, Gemini Real Estate Advisors and The Rockefeller Foundation. He is recognized as a leading Real Estate lawyer by Legal 500.

Mr. Fisch is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and is a member of the Real Property Law section of the New York State Bar Association. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Yale Law School Fund.

Mr. Fisch joined Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in 1994 and was elected to the partnership effective January 1, 1999.
