Winter Roundtable of the Institutional Investor Legal Forum

Litigation partner Mark Mendelsohn addressed a group of general counsel of asset management firms at the Winter Roundtable of the Institutional Investor Legal Forum. Mark's remarks focused on FCPA enforcement, risks for asset managers and hedge funds, and anti-corruption compliance. The event was held on February 12 in New York.
