Litigation partners Christopher Boehning and Daniel Toal's Federal E-discovery column appeared in the October 6 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article, "E-Discovery Competence of Counsel Criticized in Sanctions Decision," discusses a State Bar of California ethics opinion recently cited in a federal decision from California that imposed sanctions against a client and his counsel for discovery misconduct. E-discovery counsel Ross Gotler and litigation associate Stephen Thompson assisted in the preparation of this article.
