The article, "Meta-Discovery Denied - Decision Limits Scrutiny of Methods," discusses Freedman v. Weatherford International, which involved a party seeking discovery of materials meant to test the sufficiency of the discovery methods used by a responding party. E-discovery counsel Ross Gotler and litigation associate Danielle DeBold assisted in the preparation of this article.
