In an Opinion and Order issued on April 26, 2012, Judge Andrew L. Carter, Jr. rejected objections to Magistrate Judge Andrew J. Peck's much discussed ruling in Da Silva Moore v. Publicis Groupe, SA & MSL Group, thereby paving the way for the defendant's use of predictive coding during discovery.
