Activision Blizzard Settles Lawsuit

As was widely reported, Paul, Weiss client Activision Blizzard, Inc. settled a lawsuit with two former executives over payment and royalties for the development of popular video game titles including "Call of Duty". Activision did not disclose details of the settlement, which was announced just before the parties went to trial in a Los Angeles state court.
The Paul, Weiss team included, among others, litigation partner Dan Toal.
