Litigation partner Martin Flumenbaum will participate in the inaugural debate of the Best Friends' Arbitration Forum, taking place on May 12 in Paris, France. The Best Friends' Arbitration Forum is an initiative of an international arbitration working group which plans to organize events and undertake work designed to promote international arbitration as both an academic discipline and an area of legal practice and expertise. The topic of this opening year's debate is "Can international arbitration still be trusted as an efficient mechanism for resolving business disputes?"
