Intellectual Property Litigation: Content Distribution Online, Fair Use, Trademarks on Internet

Litigation partner Lew Clayton's Intellectual Property Litigation column appeared in the September 12 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article discusses the Second Circuit's decision finding that an online video distributor did not have the right to a compulsory license under the Copyright Act.
