Litigation partner Theodore V. Wells, Jr. was named "Litigator of the Week" by AmLaw Daily following the release of an independent investigation into workplace conduct at the Miami Dolphins, which was prepared for the National Football League.
The report, which Ted prepared along with litigation partners Brad Karp, Bruce Birenboim and David Brown, followed their review of thousands of voluntarily produced documents, including text messages, emails and team policies, and more than 100 interviews with all Dolphins players and coaches, key front office personnel, and the team's owner and chairman.
