Practising Law Institute's Trial by Jury 2012 conference. The
panel, "Making a Compelling Closing Argument," addressed how to use
evidence effectively, anticipate an adversary's response, weave in
the law and prepare and deliver a winning summation. The
event took place on November 28 in New York.
