Ted Wells to Participate in NYSBA’s Fair Trial/Free Press Program

Litigation partner Ted Wells will participate in "Fair Trial/Free Press: From Both Sides of the Bench," an event presented by the New York State Bar Association's Media Law Committee. The program will feature a panel of federal and state judges, prosecutors, law enforcement officials, and defense and media counsel, who will deliberate on a hypothetical case involving issues such as libel, invasion of privacy, criminal subpoenas on the press, police body cams, press access and drones. The event will take place on January 26 in New York City.
