Second Circuit Review: The Google Books Decision and the Boundaries of Fair Use

Litigation partners Martin Flumenbaum and Brad Karp's Second Circuit Review column appeared in the November 27 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article, "The Google Books Decision And the Boundaries of Fair Use," discusses Authors Guild v. Google, in which the Second Circuit found that Google's copying of books for its Library Project does not constitute copyright infringement.
