Roberto Finzi to Participate in PLI’s White Collar Crime Program

Litigation partner Roberto Finzi will lead a panel, “White Collar Investigations and Litigation in a Post-COVID World,” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s program “White Collar Crime 2021: Prosecutors and Regulators Speak.” Roberto will discuss how to navigate the challenges of witness interviews and client meetings, best practices for presentations and advocacy in the current environment, and internal investigations and litigation issues.
