Paul, Weiss Achieves Victory for Client in Custody Case

Paul, Weiss obtained a victory for a client in a pro bono custody case. The client was challenged in her custody of her two godchildren by the children's biological father, a former sex offender. The Superior Court of the District of Columbia, Domestic Relations Branch denied the father's motion to modify custody.
The Paul, Weiss team included litigation partner Charles Davidow.
