Corporate partners Matt Abbott, Chris Cummings, Andrew Foley, Adam Givertz and Ted Maynard, litigation partner Susanna Buergel and corporate and litigation partner Stephen Lamb participated in Paul, Weiss's annual seminar series in Canada: "Update on U.S. Legal Developments affecting Canadian Companies." The seminars were held in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver on January 30 and 31 and February 1 and were moderated by Ted. Matt, Adam and Stephen discussed recent Delaware law and other M&A developments, as well as shareholder activism. Andrew, Chris and Susanna discussed recent SEC enforcement and regulatory developments affecting Canadian companies.
