Eric Goodison and Ross Fieldston to Participate in Annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute

Corporate partners Eric Goodison and Ross Fieldston will participate in the 27th annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute, one of the premier M&A, corporate and securities law conferences in the U.S. Eric's panel, titled "Development in Deal Financing Techniques," will discuss the more creative and sophisticated methods of financing acquisitions that have come to the forefront in the last year. Ross's panel, "What's 'Market' in Merger Agreements?" will focus on the issues that arise in negotiating the key provisions of public company merger agreements and different ways of resolving those issues as well as discussing their views of what is "market."
