Corporate and litigation partner Stephen Lamb moderated and corporate partner Ross Fieldston spoke on a panel at the Practising Law Institute's seminar on "Delaware Law Developments 2014: What All Business Lawyers Need to Know." Ross's panel, titled "Multi-Forum Litigation," was comprised of litigators and corporate lawyers and discussed the change in the incidence of multijurisdictional filings since the Chevron decision, provided an update on company implementation of forum selection bylaws and the utilization of such bylaws in M&A situations, and addressed perspectives on the advent of mandatory arbitration bylaws. Stephen moderated several panels including "Recent Developments in Delaware Law" and "Multi-Forum Litigation." The event took place on May 28 in New York.
