Corporate partner Marco V. Masotti was named one of "The 100 Most Influential of the Decade" by Private Equity International magazine (PEI). The list identifies people who have had "a profound impact on what private equity has become, and ... helped determine its future," and includes Leon Black, Stephen Schwarzman and other prominent industry leaders and government officials among its ranks.
PEI cited Marco for his involvement "in spin-outs, secondaries, fund structuring and more." Marco is one of only two U.S.-based legal practitioners on the PEI list.
