Corporate partners Udi Grofman and Maury Slevin, and of counsel Bob Hirsh participated in the program “Advanced Issues in Private Funds 2023,” hosted by the Practising Law Institute (PLI). Udi chaired the program and delivered opening remarks; Maury spoke on the panel, “Liquidity Solutions” and Bob spoke on, “Advanced Issues in Private Funds: Senior Statesman Panel.”
PLI’s Advanced Issues in Private Funds program brought together experienced attorneys in private equity, investment management, corporate and securities law to discuss the legal challenges they face in today’s market and how the private funds industry continues to develop and grow.
The program offered CLE credit and was held virtually and in New York on June 6, with Udi’s opening remarks at 9:00 a.m., Maury’s panel at 10:15 a.m. and Bob’s panel at 2:45 p.m. ET.
