As has been reported by Bloomberg, Reuters and The Wall Street Journal, Paul, Weiss client Apollo Management, L.P. announced that it held the final closing of its latest flagship private equity fund, Apollo Investment Fund VIII, L.P. on December 31 with $17.5 billion of commitments from third-party investors.
The Paul, Weiss team included corporate partners Marco Masotti and Michael Hong; and litigation partner Andrew Ehrlich.
