Iron Point Closes $750 Million Real Estate Fund

Paul, Weiss advised Iron Point Partners in the final closing of Iron Point Real Estate Partners II. The final closing secured commitments bringing the aggregate total commitments of the fund to $750 million, exceeding the initial target of $450 million. The fund will target real estate investments in the United States.
