Paul, Weiss was recognized as one of four recipients of the M&A Advisor's "Healthcare and Life Sciences Deal of the Year Award (Over $500 million)" for our involvement in the $4 billion acquisition of Griffin-American Healthcare REIT II by NorthStar Realty Finance Corp.
