Evercore Partners Completes Acquisition of Interest in Atalanta Sosnoff Capital
Paul, Weiss client Evercore Partners Inc. today announced that it had completed the acquisition of a 49-percent interest in Atalanta Sosnoff Capital, LLC for approximately $69 million in cash plus a potential earn-out payment based on 2010 performance. Atalanta Sosnoff, an independent registered investment advisor, manages more than $10 billion of assets for institutional, high net worth and broker-advised clients.
