HarperCollins Publishers to Acquire Thomas Nelson
Paul, Weiss advised Faith Media Holdings in its definitive agreement to sell its subsidiary Thomas Nelson Inc. to HarperCollins Publishers for an undisclosed amount. Thomas Nelson is one of the leading trade publishers in the United States, providing multiple forms of inspirational content. The acquisition, announced on October 31, is expected to close by the end of the calendar year.
