Sabre Industries, Inc., a portfolio company of Paul, Weiss client Kohlberg & Company, LLC, announced its acquisition of FWT, LLC from Satori Capital. Texas-based Sabre is a leading producer of highly engineered structures used for electric transmission and distribution and wireless telecommunication, offering a complete range of engineered towers, poles and related services. FWT is a Texas-based manufacturer of steel structures for the electric transmission and distribution industry.
