Paul, Weiss client Nielsen & Bainbridge, LLC, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Co., LLC, announced the acquisition of The Home Décor Companies, a leading provider of moderately priced home décor products to mass, home improvement, discount and specialty retailers in North America.
