Quantum Strategic Partners Closes Purchase of Outstanding Shares of Atlantica Hotels

Quantum Strategic Partners, Ltd., an affiliate of Paul, Weiss client Soros Fund Management, LLC, announced the closing of its purchase of all of the outstanding securities of Atlantica Hotels International, Ltd., a Cayman Islands company that owns and operates a hotel management and franchising business in Brazil. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
