Wellspring Closes Acquisition of Great Lakes Caring

A newly formed affiliate of Paul, Weiss client Wellspring Capital Management LLC closed its acquisition of Great Lakes Caring from majority owner Pouschine Cook Capital Management, LLC. Great Lakes is one of the largest and highest quality-rated independent for-profit providers of in-home post-acute services in the United States offering a broad range of health care services, including hospice, home health, HME, palliative care and private duty. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
