Wellspring Completes Sale of Checkers & Rally’s

Paul, Weiss client Wellspring Capital Management completed the sale of its portfolio company, Checkers & Rally's Restaurants Inc. (Checkers), to private equity firm Sentinel Capital Partners. The terms of the deal were not publicly disclosed. Checkers is one of the largest fast food chains in the United States, with approximately 800 drive-in restaurants and locations in more than 25 states.
