Corporate partner Jack Lange and associate Patrick Tan, with David Norman of David Norman & Co., co-authored the Hong Kong chapter of Getting the Deal Through - Mergers & Acquisitions 2015.

Getting the Deal Through is a database covering 54 practice areas and more than 150 jurisdictions and containing concise explanations of the most important legal and regulatory matters arising in business deals worldwide.

The chapter includes information on how businesses can combine, filings and fees, disclosure requirements, approval and appraisal rights, director duties, hostile transactions, financing and tax issues, cross-border transactions, employee benefits, and anti-corruption.
