M&A at a Glance (June 2020)

We are pleased this month to present our M&A at a Glance in a brand new format. This edition highlights that, while May points to tentative recovery, M&A activity was still markedly lower than in May 2019. Further, activity was choppy, yielding few consistent trends and some surprising statistics.
