Corporate partner Marco Masotti participated on a panel at the Practising Law Institute's Fifteenth Annual Private Equity Forum. Marco's panel, "Recent Regulatory Developments Affecting the Marketing of Private Equity Funds," discussed the Securities Act of 1933 and Regulation D, the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive and FINRA issues. The event took place on June 30 and July 1 in New York.
