Paul, Weiss client Centre Partners Management LLC acquired
Taylor Precision Products, Inc., a leading North American
manufacturer and distributor of thermometers, scales and related
measurement products, from Homedics, Inc. The transaction, which
closed on June 8, was financed by senior and mezzanine debt.
The Paul, Weiss team advising on the transaction
