Crestview Partners, a leading private equity firm, announced that funds that it manages have agreed to make an equity investment in Paul, Weiss client Arxis Capital Group, an electronic trading firm specializing in the automated market making of global securities. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The Paul, Weiss team included, among others, corporate partners Thomas de la Bastide, Edward Ackerman, Marco Masotti, Brian Kim and John Kennedy and counsel David Lee, Jyoti Sharma and Philip Heimowitz; tax partner Scott Sontag; international trade counsel Richard Elliot; antitrust counsel Didier Malaquin; and intellectual property counsel Menachem Kaplan.
