Fiskars Completes Acquisition of WWRD

Paul, Weiss client KPS Capital Partners announced it has completed the sale of its portfolio company, WWRD Holdings Limited, to Fiskars Corporation, a leading consumer goods company. With the closing of the acquisition, Fiskars extends its portfolio with iconic luxury home and lifestyle brands, which include Waterford, Wedgewood, Royal Doulton, Royal Albert and Rogaška.
