General Atlantic Acquires CLEAResult Consulting

Paul, Weiss client General Atlantic announced that it had acquired CLEAResult Consulting, a leading provider of energy efficiency solutions and energy management services for utility companies and businesses. Founded in 2003, CLEAResult currently has 32 locations in North America and manages over 200 energy efficiency programs in 27 states and two Canadian provinces. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
